All 7/8 grade players need a physical to play football this Fall. Physicals for 7th graders MUST be on file by Aug 8th to participate. Physicals for 8th graders MUST be on file by Aug 17th to participate.
3/4 and 5/6 graders are not required to have a physical, but we strongly recommend having one prior to the first practice for your child's safety.
You must pick up physical forms in the high school athletic office or the middle school office. The medical history and parental consent portion of the form must be filled out prior to the exam. This is a great opportunity for our Harper Creek athletes and one that offers huge cost savings.
Remember without volunteers like you our program wouldn't work.
