Practice times and dates for 3/4 and 5/6 grade players:

3/4 & 5/6 graders will start practice on Monday, Aug. 9th 6:00 - 7:30 pm.  5/6 graders will receive equipment/apparel during Monday's practice.  Tuesday, Aug. 10th, practice is 6:00 - 7:30.  3/4 graders will receive equip/apparel.  Wednesday, Aug. 11th practice is 6:00 - 7:30 pm.  Any player that missed practice earlier in the week will be receiving equip/apparel.  Aug. 12th, is the player draft.  Your player will be placed on a team and introduced to his coach during that practice.  Your coach will assign future practice times and dates.  Please mark your calendars with these dates.

I want to thank all of you that have sent in your sign up forms on a timely basis.  We have not, to date, made any check deposits.  HCJF changed banks this year and we just received our deposit stamp that allows us to deposit check payments.  Another thing to remember is that not all sign up forms are mailed at the same time.  We have to wait until a large amount of sign ups are received so we can make one big deposit rather than running to the bank on a daily basis to make one or two deposits.  Be assured that your sign up form and check is in secure hands and deposits will be made as soon as possible.  I thank you all for your patience.

All 7/8 grade players need a physical to play football this Fall.  3/4 and 5/6 graders are not required to have a physical, but we do recommend having one prior to the first practice.

You must pick up physical forms in the high school athletic office or the middle school office.  The medical history and parental consent portion of the form must be filled out prior to the exam. This is a great opportunity for our Harper Creek athletes and one that offers huge cost savings.
